Can I get a visa at the border of Burma, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam and China?
I'm going to Thailand soon and I would Journey through Burma and Cambodia. After that I would like to travel to the northeast by Laos, Vietnam and China before arriving at my final destination Hong Kong. Can I get the visa on the border to all these places? I am a 22 year old, male, New Zealander. Please provide references preferably in English versions of sites Consulate Embassy /. Thank you in advance, Alex.
Laos: you can get a visa at the border for about 30 USD. Cambodia: about 25 USD at the border and a little more to the pockets of officials. "Burma: You can obtain a visa valid for one day the border and you are not allowed to go a few kilometers in Burma. If you want to travel the more time you must enter by air.
