can anyone recommend a cheap hotel in phnom penh, close to all nightlife and stuff?
i have to do a visa run from thailand (im travelling) but i want to spend a little time in cambodia.
The Paragon Hotel is a nice hotel right next to the riverside….
For the downtown area, next to most of the nightlife, I recommend Flamingos Hotel…
Both of these places should run you about $30/night
