Looking for a local Angkor Wat / Cambodia local travel agent?
Have any of you been to Angkor Wat in Cambodia lately? I and a couple of friends are planning to go there in December, we would hire a local guide who is reliable and good at a reasonable price. Any recommendations?
You can come to travel agents to book transportation and guides. Or you can find guides about the point of ticket control of Angkor. The guides must be licensed. The price depends on the group of you. Normally, Dec, means high season: English-speaking guide: $ 30 a day for the group of 1-5 people. German speaking guide: 50 USD / day, in Spanish: 50 USD / day. If your group is less than 4 people, you can hire a tuk tuk (which can harbor sleeps 4) with 10 USD / day (You have to negotiate as they will tell you 15 USD / day).
